The Georgia Athletic Hospitality office is managed by The Colonnade Group, a sports production and event management company based in Birmingham, Alabama. The GAH office handles the management and operation of the Sanford Stadium SkySuites, Champion’s Club, SkyClub, and Stegeman Coliseum’s courtside seating and hospitality for Men’s Basketball and Gymnastics.
GAH was established in early 2009 with the mission to bring the best possible service and experience to the premium seat holders at the University of Georgia. Leading this effort is Bethany Hawkins, Director of Georgia Athletic Hospitality, and her dedicated staff of UGA student ambassadors
The GAH office is located on the 4th floor in The Georgia Bulldog Club Suite (435) of the Butts-Mehre Heritage Hall on the campus of the University of Georgia. Please feel free to use the visitor parking at the front of the complex.

Bethany HawkinsBethany began working with The Bulldog Club in February of 2009 after the UGA Athletic Association teamed up with The Colonnade Group to manage its premium seating areas. Bethany manages all day-to-day as well as game day operations for the premium seating areas (Sanford Stadium SkySuites, SkyClub, Champion’s Club, Stegeman Coliseum Courtside Club and Hospitality Room, and Gymnastic Hospitality). Also included in Bethany’s scope of work are facility rentals for the Athletic Department.
Bethany joined The Colonnade Group as an intern in the Bulldog Suites office, The Colonnade Group’s university office in Starkville, Miss. She most recently served as the Assistant Hospitality Director for TCG’s office at the University of Tennessee, where she was instrumental in opening that office in its inaugural year.
A native of Gulf Shores, Alabama, Bethany graduated with honors from Mississippi State University with degrees in Marketing and Sports Communication.
Megan EliasMegan Elias began interning with Georgia Athletic Hospitality in June of 2010, one year after the UGA Athletic Association partnered with The Colonnade Group to manage the premium seating for football, basketball, and gymnastics.
A native of Monroe, Georgia, Megan grew up visiting Athens and attending UGA sporting events her whole life. As a recent graduate with a degree in Speech Communications, Megan didn’t see herself leaving Athens anytime soon. Prior to her work with the Athletic Association, Megan interned with the Office of Special Events at UGA, where she revised the policies and protocols followed by the university.
