In addition to having a significant impact on the lives of our remarkable student-athletes, there are exclusive benefits associated with committing to the Magill Society.
Donors will be able to accept priority points as part of the Magill Society. The points can be applied to any of our priority seating drives (Hartman Fund, Basketball Enhancement Fund, Gymnastics Endowment Fund, or Georgia Baseball Fund). As part of the launch of the Magill Society we will be offering a priority point incentive. Members will receive 1.5 points for every dollar donated (pledges from $25,000-$99,999) and two points for pledges of $100,000 and above.
If priority points are accepted as a part of the Magill Society, the gift is 80% tax deductible. Donors can waive the priority points to maintain 100% tax deductibility (please consult your tax advisor). The priority points will not be allocated to the donors account until the cash installments are made on the pledge.
Magill Society Events
These events will be exclusive to Magill Society donors and will occur a few times throughout the year. Typically they will include catered food and drink, and access to coaches and key campus personnel.
Magill Society Gift
Members are provided exclusive apparel annually that will distinguish Magill Society members at athletics events and in the community. These men’s and women’s clothing items also help to spread awareness of this special group. Please be sure to include your shirt sizes on the Magill Society commitment form.
Away Game Donor Trips
Members contributing at the $50,000 level and above will have first right of refusal for the annual donor football trip.
Dawg Walk Experience
Once per season, members at the $100,000 level and above will have access to be a part of the Dawg Walk and greet the team as they come on the field.
We will recognize all of our Magill Society members that contribute at the $25,000 level and above on a donor wall in the Butts-Mehre Heritage Hall.
Field access is granted for donors that contribute at the $250,000 level and above. Donors will get to experience Sanford Stadium from field level.
Members donating at the $250,000 level and above will be recognized on the field as a group during a home football game.
Football Away Game Travel
Magill Society members contributing at the $500,000 level and above will have the option to accept an all-expense paid trip to travel with the team to an away football game.
