William C. Hartman Fund

Football Ticketing Information

A contribution to the 2025 Hartman Fund provides you the opportunity to request renewable Georgia Football season, single home games, away and neutral site games, and/or postseason tickets.

Renewing Season Tickets

For Current Season Ticket Holders

2026 UGA football season ticket and Hartman Fund contribution information will be mailed to current season ticket holders in early February 2026.

The combined deadline for payment on season tickets and required Hartman Fund contributions is April 1, 2026.

Season ticket renewal applications will be available on individual donor accounts at georgiadogs.com/myaccount.

2026 Hartman Fund contributions can be made anytime over the phone at 706-542-1231 or via check. Contributions can be made online after the conclusion of the 2025 football season.

Requesting Season Tickets

For New Season Tickets

Prospective season ticket holders will be able to complete a new season ticket application in early 2026.

New ticket requesters are required to make the minimum required per-seat contribution ($250/seat) as well as pay the season ticket cost ($585/seat). By meeting these requirements, you will be entered into the 2025 Online Seat and Parking Selection Process. Selecting season tickets during this process is not guaranteed, as we sell out each year. Appointment times for selection are based on cumulative TGBC priority point totals.

We encourage you to read our Hartman Fund Donor Guide for additional information about our football season ticket process.

Relocating, Dropping, or Adding Season Tickets

To relocate season tickets, donors will need to meet their current per-seat contribution requirement by April 1, 2025, and opt in to the Online Seat & Parking Selection Process when completing their ticket application.

Donors in the seat selection process are assigned seat selection times based on cumulative TGBC priority points. The seat selection process takes place in May 2025.

To add season tickets for the 2025 season, submit your season ticket application and ticket payment for additional season tickets by the April 1 deadline. You will NOT have the option to purchase additional seats during the seat selection process if you do not request and pay for the additional tickets on your application by the April 1 deadline. Please note you must also make the minimum per-seat contribution ($250 per seat) required for additional tickets.

If you select seats that have a higher per-seat requirement than your 2025 Hartman Fund contribution, you will have the ability to secure these seats by paying the per-seat difference at the time of checkout. If you are unable to secure desirable additional seat locations or if no additional seat locations are available, you may either request a refund on the season ticket cost or have this cost applied towards your 2026 Hartman Fund contribution. Contributions are not refundable.

If you wish to drop a portion of your renewable season tickets, please call the UGA Ticket Office at 706-542-1231, extension 2

Hartman Fund donors are eligible to request single home game tickets based on their priority points and annual contribution. You do not need to be a season ticket holder to qualify for single home game tickets.

Each game has a cumulative score required to be eligible to request tickets. This is not a guarantee that anyone within these point totals will receive tickets if requested. Your Hartman Fund annual donation determines the quantity of tickets you are eligible to request.

A minimum of 15,000 cumulative TGBC priority points and at least a $500 contribution to the 2025 Hartman Fund are required to be eligible to request tickets.

If UGA hosts a CFP first round game, 2025 season ticket holders will have the first right to purchase their same seat locations for that game. Season ticket holders will have the opportunity to either purchase all the seats on their account or decline tickets.

If UGA travels to an away game for the first round of the College Football Playoff, due to the extremely small ticket allotment provided to the visiting team, UGA will not have a donor request process for this situation.

Football Gameday Parking

All donors who contribute $1,500 or more to the Hartman Fund and are assigned season tickets on the same account are eligible to select a season parking pass based on availability. There is a $100 cost associated with a season parking pass, and it will be delivered with your season tickets.

Those who held parking in 2025 will have the first right to renew their location for the 2026 season by meeting the necessary Hartman Fund contribution requirement.

Hall-of-famer, All-American, Coach, Veteran

William C. Hartman

College Football Hall of Fame member William C. “Bill” Hartman spent a lifetime supporting the University of Georgia and its athletics programs.

A football player at UGA in the 1930s, Hartman later played professional football, coached under Wally Butts, and became nationally known as UGA’s volunteer kicking coach, turning out numerous professional punters and kickers.

In the spring of 2006, the Georgia Educational Enhancement Fund (GEEF) was renamed the William C. Hartman Jr. Fund in honor of the late Coach Bill Hartman. Coach Hartman was the driving force behind Georgia’s original student-athlete support foundation, The Georgia Student Educational Fund (GSEF).

We honor Coach Hartman for all that he has done for UGA student-athletes as they strive for excellence in the classroom and on the playing field.
