This ticket is a revocable license and the University of Georgia Athletic Association, Inc. (“UGAA”) may revoke such license and refuse or rescind admission in the sole discretion of UGAA. Ticket holder is not guaranteed access to the ticketed event or any other future University of Georgia events. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests and sweepstakes), or other commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of UGAA.
Everyone, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Pass outs are forbidden. Tickets will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed, or left at home. There will be no ticket refund or exchange even if the date and/or time of the event is changed. An event may be rescheduled without prior notice.
Attendance at any event may result in risk to Ticket holder of property damage, and/or bodily or personal injury, including death. In voluntarily attending an event, Ticket holder assumes all such risks, including, but not limited to harm caused by other spectators vendors, objects or individuals leaving the field of play, inclement weather, sun exposure, cuts, falls, abrasions, muscle strains and sprains, broken bones, allergic reactions, insect bites, an inherent risk of exposure to communicable diseases that exist in any public places and may be especially dangerous to vulnerable individuals, including, but not limited to, COVID-19. Any person buying a ticket except at designated UGAA ticket offices does so at his or her own risk, which may include lost or stolen tickets.
Ticket holder grants the UGAA and the SEC the non-exclusive, transferable, perpetual right and license to use and to sub-license the use of his or her name and likeness if it is included in any broadcast, photograph, video, or other media (whether now known or hereafter devised) of the event.
UGAA continues to encourage ticket holders to resell or transfer individual game tickets if they are unable to attend an event. However, UGAA prohibits the purchase and resale of tickets by ticket brokers. Ticket brokers are defined as season ticket account holders who purchase tickets with the primary intent of reselling their tickets. UGAA reserves the right to monitor ticket sales, transfers, and use and withhold season ticket renewal opportunities or cancel ticket orders from any account that exhibits activity consistent with that of a ticket broker. Likewise, UGAA reserves the right to withhold or alter The Georgia Bulldog Club membership level benefits for any account that it deems, in its sole discretion, is functioning as a ticket broker.
