A contribution to the 2024 Hartman Fund provides you the opportunity to request renewable season, single home games, away and neutral site games, and/or postseason tickets. Eligibility for season tickets is a two-step process: making a donation to the William C. Hartman, Jr. Fund AND a season ticket payment, and/or any additional season ticket requests, prior to the deadline of April 1, 2024.
As a first-time contributor, we encourage you to make a gift you are comfortable with to build your priority points. While each section in Sanford Stadium has a per-seat contribution associated with it, making that contribution does not guarantee you will receive seats in that section. Please be advised that the actual donation to obtain new season tickets may be higher than the per-seat contribution listed.
Availability
Sanford Stadium sold out of tickets for the 2024 season. Depending how much turnover we have as well as how many requests for tickets we receive, the point total required to qualify for season tickets varies each year. We do not know what the cutoff score will be each year as the number is determined during the Online Selection Process. For the 2024 season, the cutoff was 4,800 points (points details here). All seats are subject to availability. Making a contribution to the Hartman Fund, at any level, does not guarantee you will receive season tickets.
You can become a member of The Georgia Bulldog Club (TGBC) by donating a minimum of $100 to the Hartman Fund. In addition, there are also a variety of other ways to join/support UGA Athletics by making contributions to the Men’s Basketball Fund, the Women’s Basketball Fund, the Gymnastics Endowment Fund, the Georgia Baseball Fund, the Magill Society, and the Endowment Program and via sport-specific giving opportunities.
Private support is essential in providing UGA student-athletes with a first-class academic and athletic experience, as well as supporting the initiatives of the UGA Athletic Association (UGAAA). UGAAA receives no financial assistance from the state of Georgia. It is a self-funded entity, solely dependent upon self-generated revenues to operate and provide student-athlete scholarships, build world-class athletic facilities and ensure UGA’s tradition of athletic excellence continues to grow.
The best way to increase your priority point ranking is to join the Magill Society, which awards bonus priority points per dollar donated for commitments of $25,000 or greater, which are made payable over a 5-year period of time. Increasing your support of the Hartman Fund is also a great way to increase your priority point total and improve your ranking. Lastly, referring new TGBC and/or Magill Society members is another way to help grow the base of support towards UGA Athletics while also increasing your priority point total and ranking amongst our donors.
Fans who are interested in securing new football season tickets must complete two steps in order to request season tickets. First, you must make a qualifying Hartman Fund donation that meets or exceeds the per-seat giving requirement associated with the season tickets that you are interested in securing*. By completing this payment, a season ticket application will be triggered and generated for you via online donor account. Then, you must make your season ticket payment and/or any additional season ticket requests. Both of these steps should be completed by the deadline of April 1, 2024.

*Making the per-seat minimum contribution does not guarantee that you will have the opportunity to secure new seats in a desired section. Determining the priority cutoff for new season ticket acquisitions in various sections in Sanford Stadium is difficult to project as it based on attrition and donor demand.
Donors can relocate seats within Sanford Stadium by opting in to the optional seat and parking selection process. The selection process will take place in May 2024. All donors who have opted in to the process will receive a selection time, based on cumulative TGBC priority points. If your selection time arrives and you see seats you wish to select or move into, you can select them at that time, and drop any previous seat locations. If you do not see any seats/parking you want to move into at your selection time, you can retain your same seats/parking from the previous year.
*Please note that seat locations selected in the 2023 Seat and Parking Selection Process will be renewable for the 2024 season.
Yes, if you are unable to relocate your seats, your original seat location(s) at the start of the selection process will remain the same, unless otherwise indicated. With an average renewal rate of nearly 90% each year, the relocation of seats can be very difficult.
Priority point cutoffs for each section can change from year-to-year. Unfortunately, it is impossible for TGBC to predict what the priority point cutoff will be for each section. We can, however, provide some historical perspective based on previous year cutoffs. Please feel free to contact the TGBC office, or reference the 2024 Hartman Fund brochure, and we will gladly share historical cutoffs with you and provide guestimates for the upcoming year.
Parking allocations are handled similarly to season tickets. Hartman Fund donors who contribute $2,500 or more and have purchased football season tickets will receive one complimentary season parking pass. Parking selections can be made during the online football seat and parking selection process in May 2024.
Away game ticket locations are allocated based on priority points whereas the number of tickets that a donor is eligible to request is based on either your Hartman Fund donation or your commitment level to the Magill Society. Please see page 14 of the Hartman Fund brochure for a full breakdown on our away game quantity cutoffs and priority point requirements.
An account, including the associated priority points and season tickets, may be transferred to a surviving spouse only at the time of death. An account, including the associated priority points, parking, and season tickets can also be transferred one-time if the account holder is the member of the Silver Circle.

Assignment Process
After the April 1st, 2024 season ticket application deadline, all Hartman Fund donors are placed in rank order based on cumulative TGBC priority points for an online seat selection process in May 2024. Renewing season ticket holders can opt-out of the process and maintain their seat location from the previous year. All available inventory can be selected by those requesting to add season tickets until all seats in Sanford Stadium are assigned.

The opportunity to request tickets to the game is a benefit of being a Hartman Fund donor. You do not need to be a season ticket holder to be eligible to request tickets. A minimum of 15,000 cumulative TGBC priority points and at least a $100 contribution to the 2024 Hartman Fund is required in order to be eligible to request tickets.
Assignment Process
UGA’s ticket allotment changes each year as do the number of requests. If you qualify for assignment, please expect a change in your seat location from year to year.
All seating and parking requests should be made in writing or electronically on the season ticket application.

You do not need to be a season ticket holder to qualify for postseason tickets. Hartman Fund donors are eligible to request postseason tickets based on their priority points and annual contribution.
A minimum of 70,000 points is required in order to be eligible to request SEC Championship tickets. Information regarding the Bowl/College Football Playoff (CFP) process will be forthcoming later in 2024 as details of the new CFP format and ticket allotments for participating schools are finalized.
This is not a guarantee that anyone at or above these point totals will receive tickets if requested. Your Hartman Fund annual donation and/or level of Magill Society involvement determines the quantity of tickets you are eligible to request.
Assignment Process
Postseason tickets are assigned based on cumulative score and availability. Requesting postseason tickets or having received them in the past does not guarantee you will receive them.
If you request tickets and are awarded them, you are not able to return them to the Athletic Association.
Parking is allocated based on points and availability. Season parking passes are assigned to Hartman Fund members with season tickets at the $2,500 annual giving level and higher.
