William C. Hartman Fund
Football Ticketing Information
A contribution to the 2025 Hartman Fund provides you the opportunity to request renewable Georgia Football season, single home games, away and neutral site games, and/or postseason tickets.

Relocating, Dropping, or Adding Season Tickets
To relocate season tickets, donors will need to meet their current per-seat contribution requirement by April 1, 2025, and opt in to the Online Seat & Parking Selection Process when completing their ticket application.
Donors in the seat selection process are assigned seat selection times based on cumulative TGBC priority points. The seat selection process takes place in May 2025.
To add season tickets for the 2025 season, submit your season ticket application and ticket payment for additional season tickets by the April 1 deadline. You will NOT have the option to purchase additional seats during the seat selection process if you do not request and pay for the additional tickets on your application by the April 1 deadline. Please note you must also make the minimum per-seat contribution ($250 per seat) required for additional tickets.
If you select seats that have a higher per-seat requirement than your 2025 Hartman Fund contribution, you will have the ability to secure these seats by paying the per-seat difference at the time of checkout. If you are unable to secure desirable additional seat locations or if no additional seat locations are available, you may either request a refund on the season ticket cost or have this cost applied towards your 2026 Hartman Fund contribution. Contributions are not refundable.
If you wish to drop a portion of your renewable season tickets, please call the UGA Ticket Office at 706-542-1231, extension 2
Ticket Priority
The Georgia Bulldog Club has identified cumulative priority point score requirements for varying types of tickets. Qualifying scores are identified by arranging Hartman Fund contributors in score order and assigning tickets based on availability.
Season Tickets

After the April 1st, 2025, season ticket application deadline, all Hartman Fund donors are ranked based on cumulative TGBC priority points for an online seat selection process in May 2025.
Renewing season ticket holders can opt out of the process and maintain their seat location from the previous year. All available inventory can be selected by those requesting to add season tickets until all seats in Sanford Stadium are assigned.

If UGA hosts a CFP first round game, 2025 season ticket holders will have the first right to purchase their same seat locations for that game. Season ticket holders will have the opportunity to either purchase all the seats on their account or decline tickets.
If UGA travels to an away game for the first round of the College Football Playoff, due to the extremely small ticket allotment provided to the visiting team, UGA will not have a donor request process for this situation.
Football Gameday Parking
All donors who contribute $1,500 or more to the Hartman Fund and are assigned season tickets on the same account are eligible to select a season parking pass based on availability. There is a $100 cost associated with a season parking pass, and it will be delivered with your season tickets.
Those who held parking in 2025 will have the first right to renew their location for the 2026 season by meeting the necessary Hartman Fund contribution requirement.

A football player at UGA in the 1930s, Hartman later played professional football, coached under Wally Butts, and became nationally known as UGA’s volunteer kicking coach, turning out numerous professional punters and kickers.
In the spring of 2006, the Georgia Educational Enhancement Fund (GEEF) was renamed the William C. Hartman Jr. Fund in honor of the late Coach Bill Hartman. Coach Hartman was the driving force behind Georgia’s original student-athlete support foundation, The Georgia Student Educational Fund (GSEF).
We honor Coach Hartman for all that he has done for UGA student-athletes as they strive for excellence in the classroom and on the playing field.
