A Guide to Successful Account Binding

Before anyone adds a ticket to an Apple Wallet, your group needs to designate one person as the Account Primary iPhone.

The Account Primary iPhone is always the first to download tickets into their Apple Wallet.

Always use your My Account transfer on georgiadogs.com/myaccount to share tickets with family and friends.
Sharing logins, screenshots, emails, or texts with ticket links will result in disabled passes.
Always use SeatGeek to resell your tickets if you are unable to attend an event. SeatGeek tickets are not impacted by Account Binding at this time.

Choose Your Primary Apple Device Carefully

The first person to add a single-event ticket (All-in-One excluded) from your Georgia Bulldogs account to Apple Wallet permanently binds that account to their Apple account.

All future tickets from that account must either go to the same Apple Wallet or be officially transferred.

Only Use My Account

To send a ticket to someone, use the My Account transfer feature in your Georgia Bulldogs account.

Sharing logins, forwarding “Add to Wallet” emails, or using screenshots will not work for entry.

Solo

You’re the Account Primary iPhone!
Purchase and add your ticket directly to your Apple Wallet.
Transfer or sell your ticket through your Georgia Bulldogs account.

Duos

The Account Primary iPhone purchases and adds the first ticket to their Apple Wallet.
Transfer the ticket to your partner if you are not entering the event together.
Do not share logins (even if you share everything else).

Families

Designate one tech-savvy member as the Account Primary iPhone.
The Account Primary iPhone adds the first ticket to their Apple Wallet.
The Account Primary iPhone transfers tickets to anyone who will enter the event separately via My Account in their Georgia Bulldogs account.
Each member who wants a ticket on their own device must have their own Georgia Bulldogs account to accept transferred tickets from the Account Primary iPhone.
